Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Dear Parent/Carer

We have been advised by Public Health England that there has been a number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Year 9 within the school. Today we have spoken with Public Health England and they have advised us to ask all of Year 9 students to stay at home and self-isolate from today. They should not come into school on Friday 23rd October. In line with the national guidance we recommend that your child now stay at home and self-isolate until Friday 6th November 2020. They should return on that day.

As you will be aware, Coventry will move to tier 2 from tomorrow which is now high risk. We are asking you to do this to reduce the further spread of COVID 19 to others in the community.

Other year groups should come into school. The year group bubbles mean it is fine for other year groups to come to school as normal.
