We are seeking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to co-ordinate and oversee the school’s day to day operational functions, and to secure the delivery of effective value for money services and solutions across the school which facilitate the delivery of outstanding educational outcomes.

Our aim is to provide an excellent education for all the students at Stoke Park, and as Operations Manager you will contribute to our success by working with colleagues across a range of responsibilities, including admissions, cover, customer service, contract and risk management, and the management of the school estate.

You will have excellent communication, business planning and problem solving skills, with experience of successfully leading and developing a team of people, setting targets and monitoring performance. You will be qualified to degree level, and using your knowledge and understanding of operations management you will identify, evaluate and control risk, secure the efficient and effective use of resources and ensure the smooth and safe running of the school’s operational activities.
